| • We can prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for you to finish cooking at home. |
| • We are accepting holiday party bookings |
| • We close Sat December 10th 2011 and reopen Thu April 5th 2012 |

• We begin accepting reservations for a date up to 30 calendar days in advance of that date.

• This form is not a guaranteed reservation, only a request for one. We will need to speak with you directly.

• Credit cards will be required to hold all reservations of 5 or more.

• IF you are trying to book a party larger than 10 people please supply us with as much information as possible.

• We can close for private parties.

• Gift certificates should be called in to our reservation line, we are happy to mail them out for you. Please have your credit card ready.
