| • We are open from the first Thursday in April until the Second Saturday in December annually. |
| • We begin accepting reservations for a date up to 30 calendar days in advance of that date. |
| • This form is not a guaranteed reservation, only a request for one. We will need to speak with you directly. |
| • Credit cards will be required to hold all reservations of 5 or more. |
| • IF you are trying to book a party larger than 10 people please supply us with as much information as possible. |
| • We can close for private parties. |
| • Gift certificates should be called in to our reservation line, we are happy to mail them out for you. Please have your credit card ready. |
